In the heart of the greater St-Émilion region, in the town of Neac, come enjoy a pleasant, peaceful stay in this 74-square-meter house, a former wine cellar that was fully renovated in 2023.
Just a few minutes from St. Émilion, Pomerol, Libourne, and the great châteaux (Pétrus, Cheval Blanc, etc.)
Also 45 minutes from Bordeaux.
During the summer, you’ll find the Lac des Dagueys beach and La Calinésie in the town of Libourne, just 10 minutes away.

A 40-square-meter open courtyard where you can enjoy meals outdoors.
A living area with a TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (glass-ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, refrigerator).
A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, and a washing machine. Separate toilet.
A 10-square-meter bedroom with a very comfortable 140x190 sofa bed featuring a 17-centimeter-thick Bultex mattress for two people and a 70x140 "Cars" children’s bed.
Upstairs, a large 20-square-meter bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a walk-in closet.
