Chic Luxe Apt for 4, Glendale AZ

Repeat guest here. As always my stay was pleasant and exactly what I expected. Clean. Well stocked. Comfortable. This is my “go to” place to stay when I come to visit.

I found this unit after looking for quite some time. The location is great for being just a little outside of Phoenix, in a close to residential neighborhood yet walking distance (about 2 blocks) to a few restaurants and grocery store. Carol was amazing with quick replies whenever I had question prior to my arrival and during the stay. The unit is a great location with a cute balcony overlooking the pool, yet still felt private. Inside the finishings and everything were very new and modern. The kitchen was well stocked (less a few items missing that I will list at the end as possible improvement ideas), super clean, and well positioned. Bedroom, living room, and bathroom were clean and very nice (also well stocked even with extra bedding and pool towels). Cute little touches with decorations and accessories throughout. I would 100% book this unit again. The pool was not heated which I was worried about at first, well on 90 degree days that ended up being just fine. We had the pool to ourselves the whole time, even on a weekend day. The chairs were nice. We did not use the facilities but it also had a patio and BBQ area, lounge area, and a fitness room. Only a few things that I can think of that might make it better (which is nitpicking because it was pretty much perfect). extra lighting in the kitchen, baking sheets/cooking sheets, and frying pan (we made do with the other pans that were there, which were several). Black out curtains in bedroom.

The place was great! We enjoyed the pool after hiking each day and liked being able to wash a load of clothes mid week. Nice property and nicely appointed unit. I would stay there again!
