About this cottage rental
This 85 m² single-story house with a basement features a bright living room with a fireplace, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming dining area opening onto a balcony. Three bedrooms comfortably accommodate six people: one double bedroom (140 cm bed) and two single bedrooms (90 cm beds). A shower room and a toilet complete the upper floor. The large central hall, illuminated by a skylight and furnished with a desk area, provides a seamless flow between the different living spaces. The wood-fired central heating, provided by the owners, enhances the warm and authentic atmosphere of the house. You will also have a 50 m² lawned courtyard and a carport. A large, unfenced 2000 m² garden, shared with the two other gîtes, has been landscaped for relaxation and leisure: children's play structure, pétanque court, table tennis, and basketball. The La Ferme gîte is located near Chazelles-sur-Lyon and Saint-Galmier, offering easy access to walks on the trails of the Monts du Lyonnais, cycling routes, and hikes on the GR®765 long-distance footpath. Culture enthusiasts can discover the Hat Museum and Workshop in Chazelles-sur-Lyon, while food lovers will appreciate local products at La Farlodoise or a gourmet break at the Bistrot de la Poste. Children will enjoy donkey rides and outdoor games in the shared grounds.
