This 100 m² upstairs cottage offers spacious rooms designed for everyone's comfort. The living area combines a welcoming lounge with a fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped, functional kitchen for independent living. Three bedrooms are located upstairs: one with two single beds (90 cm) and a cot, and two others each with a double bed (140 cm). A shower room and a separate toilet complete the layout.
