The house sleeps 5 and consists of a bright 28m² living room with a lounge and dining area, a separate fitted and equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, three bedrooms: one with a 160cm double bed, another with a 140cm double bed, and a third with a 120cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
Also available during your stay are a laundry room with a washing machine and sink, a tiled garage with a ping-pong table, and storage space for bicycles and beach equipment. A pleasant enclosed front and rear garden features a south-facing terrace at the front of the house with garden furniture, an awning, a barbecue, and sun loungers. Baby equipment is available (travel cot and high chair).
Parking for 2 vehicles is available. 900m from the center and 1200m from the beaches in a residential area. Free Fun Bus shuttle is just 50m from the house. This house is certified 2 keys and rated 2* by Clévacances.
Pets are not allowed.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be performed by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
