LA TRANCHE SUR MER, Holiday home located in the Sainte Anne area, La Grière, comprising on the ground floor a fitted kitchen open to the living room with television, a bedroom with 1 double bed and cupboard, a bathroom with bathtub, sink and separate toilet. Upstairs (steep staircase) a mezzanine (height less than 1m80) a 90cm bed, 1 sofa bed and wardrobe. 1 baby bed.
A closed courtyard not overlooked with garden furniture. A private parking space. The estate has a renovated swimming pool with disabled access, private to the residence open in the summer season.
Equipment: television, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery.. garden furniture.
Location: 1km5 from shops, 300m from the beach by a pine-wooded path belonging to the residence, 4km from the town centre of La Tranche.
The end of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
Option: end of stay cleaning package 60€, on reservation, linen is not provided, pets not allowed.
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season
