Equipment: television, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, vitro hob, 1 microwave, electric coffee maker. sofa, crockery and cutlery... child's bed, barbecue, private car park.

About 450 m from the beach of la grière and seasonal shops. The town center of la Tranche is about 3800 m away.
Electricity consumption to be expected in addition in low season. The end of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning option on reservation 70 euros.
