The entryway of this villa features a linen closet, perfect for additional storage during a longer stay. To the left, guests can access the kitchen or continue down the hall where a half bathroom is located to the right, before entering the great room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, pantry storage, and a coffee maker. Heading through to the dining room, there is seating for 6 around the table overlooking the living room. The living room is a lowered space in the home with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, TV, and patio access. The lowered area of the living room is perfect for providing additional privacy for guests sleeping on the sleeper sofa. Just out the patio doors, guests can relax at the outdoor dining table with garden views or cook on the propane grill!
Heading back inside and up the stairs, bedroom 1 is located on the left. Bedroom 1 features 2 twin-sized beds, a smart TV, additional closet space, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has a spacious vanity and a tiled shower/tub combo. Down the hallway, bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, TV, a private balcony, additional closet space, and an ensuite bathroom. The location of the villa is perfect. We enjoyed our stay, but there seemed to be a problem with the air conditioner. It was really hot when we stayed at this property, but the air conditioner could not keep up with the outside temps. The villa was nice, The bathrooms are rather small two people to getting ready, otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

What a great place. If you are looking to stay in Sea Pines, this is it. Quick walk or bike ride to Harbor Town without the crowd. Quiet at night. Easy bike ride to the shopping center as well. Access to Sea Pines is great. Getting out is just as easy when touring the rest of the island. Well appointed and with a grill. Spacious rooms with plenty of storage. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was never not comfortable. I have two simple recomendations. 1) If guests are staying two weeks, offer up another round of toiletries. Two families staying one week each would have got another set of toilet pape and paper towels and such. Offer long term guests the same. Also, if this is a working vacation, the kitchen table is not comfortable for long term hours. The master is big enough and I feel capable of supporting a desk. Those two items though would not stop me from booking again.

We stay in Sea Pines all the time. Needed this one to escape for a few days after Hurricane Helene. Last minute so not much choice. The property itself is a great location, but the owners need to know it’s not being thoroughly cleaned. The floors had only been given lip service and our feet were black just walking inside the property.the stair rail was sticky and the AC whilst cooling ok was not drawing out the humidity. Needs a really good deep clean.
