About this house rental
Perfectly located between Suttons Bay and Traverse City. M22 Bay View Breeze is a nicely decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a large sandy beach across the road—the perfect spot to enjoy spectacular sunrises and clear night skies.
Upon entering the residence, guests will encounter a spacious living area with a full kitchen and dining space. The entire residence is on a single level, including all three bedrooms.
Behind the house, 100 feet of lakeshore can be enjoyed along the pristine waters of West Bay. Amenities such as a fire pit, kayaks, and beach chairs complete the relaxation requirements.
We welcome well-behaved pets and owners who clean up after them.

Amazing property that is furnished and decorated with good quality items instead of garage sale acquisitions. The kitchen is nicely stocked with quality items and appliances. The house is incredibly clean and organized. The AC works very well as well. The private beach is another bonus. While the road noise (M22) is significant in the front of the house, the backyard is quite and private. This is an excellent place to stay.

This is the second year that we have rented this property. It serves our needs very well and is dog friendly. The property is maintained well, very clean, and well stocked with items needed on a daily basis as well as things that are needed on vacation- cooler, camp chairs, etc. We love the location between Traverse City and Sutton's Bay as there is easy access to downtown, wineries, shopping, etc.
