The Plateau & Ville-Marie has been called Canada's hippest neighborhood. Nestled at the base of Ville-Marie and boasting the highest population density in Canada, this colourful, artsy neighbourhood is a fun place to hang out day or night.

Other Things to Note:
ø Apartment is located on the second floor (will have to take a flight of stairs)
ø The second single bed rolls out from underneath the first one (pictured).
ø The second single bed rolls out about 90% of the way and might be tight for bigger people.
ø Baby crib is available for an additional fee (limited quantities available)
ø Pets accepted at our discretion, and for a fee.
ø Buildings is equipped with security cameras in the common area hallways, stairwells and entrances.
ø We require a quick and secure verification process after booking. A refundable damage deposit is also mandatory. All guests must complete this step before check-in. If a reservation does not pass our screening criteria, we will be unable to proceed with the stay. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards for our properties and provide the best experience for everyone
ø All guests must adhere to building policies, rules, and general maintenance requirements.

If you have ANY questions about AC location, heating, noise levels, pets, parking, mobility issues, or any special needs/requirements whatsoever, be sure to contact me *before* booking to ensure our place is a good fit for you!
NOTE: The city is doing a bit of construction on the side street next to the building until the end of October. They only work on weekdays from 7am-3pm. Not all units are affected. Check with me before booking.

Property was well maintained in an older building in Montreal. The area can be a bit noisy at night as the apartment fronted onto St Laurent. There was a grocery store across the street and lots of interesting shops within walking distance. Kitchen was minimally equipped but sufficient for a short stay. Kuerig coffee maker in the suite with a few pods provided. Suited our purposes and much roomier and comfortable than a hotel stay.

This was the perfect neighborhood, especially during mural competition.
Our manager was amazingly helpful in all ways! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
