ø Buildings is equipped with security cameras in the common area hallways, stairwells and entrances.
ø We require a quick and secure verification process after booking. A refundable damage deposit is also mandatory. All guests must complete this step before check-in. If a reservation does not pass our screening criteria, we will be unable to proceed with the stay. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards for our properties and provide the best experience for everyone
ø All guests must adhere to building policies, rules, and general maintenance requirements.

This place was so perfect ! Very clean, very bright, nice size bathroom, large kitchen and really comfortable beds. I also have to add that the pillows were absolutely amazing (we travel a lot and this is so rare) . Communication with property manager was excellent, we had a few tiny issues and they answered all our questions and solved everything immediately. We have family in Montreal just a block away so we will definitely be back! (Just fyi laundry room is located on the floor above, not in the apartment - which wasn’t specified on VRBO)

The property is just as described and conveniently located. Evertying was easy and comfortable, but you do have to keep your bedroom door opened to let the A/C into the room. The property is on a busy street so earplugs come in handy. We had breakfast at Le Vieux St. Laurent which is just up the street and the food was amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean and exactly as shown in pictures. Hosts were excellent and responsive to all inquiries before we arrived and during our stay. Would absolutely recommend this place both for location (ease of walking to local train station as well as so many restaurants on the street itself) and for how well the hosts responded.
