The Kindred Duo Cottages are a charming lakefront retreat made up of two fieldstone foundation cabins and a vintage boathouse. Located just two hours from Milwaukee, on beautiful, crystal clear Pine Lake in rural Northern Waushara County, the property is a perfect getaway for small family or friend groups who appreciate being off the grid with a few modern comforts.

Everything about the property was great. We loved the charm of the two cottages and the boathouse. The waterfront and view is beautiful. We had a great time fishing and swimming off the dock. We'd love to come back.

Exceeded expectations in every way from grandkids to grandparents. House and property provided everything we needed for a great vacation. Swim and fish off the dock. Sandbar anchoring. Pontoon and kayak on the lake that is perfect for recreation. Owner’s communication was prompt and thorough. We will return!

This wonderful property is located on a lake. They offered plenty of things to do, such as kayaks and paddle boards. Beautifulsunsets Outdoor grill. and firepit and firepit with wood. I give it a 5 star.

Selected the property for a family vacation, so happy we did! House was ideal and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The lake (and swimming, boating, and fishing) is steps away with great views. Owners could not have been nicer - would not hesitate to rent again in the future!
