Location spectacular. Beds furniture good. Kitchen good. Bed linen very good.Underfloor heating fantastic as the Antartic winds hit the coast. I lovePatonga it’s unique reminding me of our childhood holidays.
The old buildings as you enter the property whether they were occupied or not. The toilet and laundry I understand would have been original but probably need decent second toilet. The door handles need an update nothing worse than getting stranded in the loo. The outside lighting very poor .

View outstanding. Couch / living space and outlook great.
Tired property. Example include coffee machine didn’t work. BBQ small and an afterthought. Fridge beeped regularly for no apparent reason etc.
