It has been years since I gave 10/10, and this apartment is close enough to perfect to deserve it: Parking was not a problem. The area is very quiet, it is very pleasant to sleep with open windows, mosquito nets on every window, and a gentle cool breeze across the apartment. New, clean, powerful air conditioner with sleep mode in all 3 rooms. Blackout rollers in the main bedroom and living room. 10 minutes walk from the old town walls, 20 minutes to old town main square. Well priced cafés, supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. Keybox with code for seamless checkin/out. Modern fridge, new microwave, nespresso capsule machine, fredo machine, etc. Overall brand new condition. Every room has a balcony. Nice new TVs in every room. It is one apartment in a building of 6: this is on the ground floor south side with balconies and rooms facing East and West (west is the wall of the next building). Washing machine with complimentary washing pods. A full suite of spices and condiments in the kitchen.

Only 1 serious negative: the small bedroom does not have blackout rollers, and it is East facing, so you will have bright light at 6AM. Minor or subjective negatives: The bed was too hard for me. Too many cats in the area, many cat noises in the night. The magnetic main switch for the power is a bit annoying, and we only got 1 key. Sometimes the bathroom drains have weird smells. No dishwasher.
