TV didn’t work and after it was replaced it still wouldn’t connect to the internet

Location excellent
Parking tight could not enter on a Sunday due to its closure. Seven minutes pulling luggage to apartment. Too far and too difficult. Not indicated in Booking .com. Manager appeared half an hour late to direct us to the car park and apartment. Bespoke washing machine door unable to be closed properly. Washing machine door difficult to close to operate the machine. Lliving area rug had a large number of plastic looking spots stuck to the rug. It needs cleaning or replacing.
