A wonderful host and apartment in Quimper.

Very spacious, neat and tidy, great bay windows facing the Church St Corentin. Location is great and situated in the town centre. Needn’t need to drive when walking around and close to the covered market. Parking is convenient and secure. Everything is well provided for in the apartment and kitchen. Olivier is a great and passionate host. We were well received and everything was explained clearly.

Check in was a breeze. Oliver met us at the facility with great directions and information about the area. Parking was on site and secure. Bedding was comfortable. Close to town and walkable. He is very proud of this place and rightly so. It is well maintained and full of amenities that are not normally seen in a rental facility. Don't look any further rent this place.

The apartment is very comfortable and is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great position. Oliver is a friendly, genuine host. He even assisted me in finding a dentist after a filling came out!

A wonderful time visiting Quimper and Bretagne

The location in the center of town was close to everything. The views of the cathedral from all the rooms were amazing. Car parking was gated and reserved. Kitchen was super well stocked with everything you need (and much more) to prepare meals. The apartment was new, large, bright, quiet and well furnished with modern pieces and appliances. We loved the host who was very personable and had so much information about living in the area. The newly renovated building has all the updated accessibility and security features - elevator, no steps from the car park to the apartment.

The view, The location the qulaity, the comfort.

A very high end appartment with excellent views of quimper from the balcony and bedrooms. Everything was of the highest quality and tastefully considered. The aprtment right in the city centre,, but so quiet which ensured a great nights sleep. Parking was a real bonus Our host provided us with a comprehensive introduction to the apartment and also advised on restuarants and venues to vist in Quimper. We enjoyed everything about our stay and look forward to visiting agian in the future.

Ultra modern, spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan lounge/diner/kitchen, kitchen with island layout, fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave, oven with hob on island, large amount of cutlery, crockery, cups, glasses, utensils, coffee making machine and other gadgets, Full length feature windows in lounge and bedrooms with electric blinds, balcony to lounge, view to cathedral from lounge and bedroom, quiet, calm development, private car park with numbered bays, gate protected, well laid out gardens around car park, in low traffic area, 100m to old town, 200m to cathedral. Best location in Quimper. Excellent host/agent, Olivier, very knowledgeable, speaks excellent English, always available via phone or text. Three storey development with lift access.

Très bel appartement, rénové récemment, beaux espaces et nombreux espaces de rangement. Cuisine super équipée, nombreux appareils électroménagers disponibles. Localisation top dans l’hypercentre de Quimper. Accueil très professionnel et convivial par le propriétaire. Parking sécurisé et place de stationnement bien large

L'accoglienza di Olivier, persona molto disponibile e gentile; la posizione eccellente in pieno centro, il comodo parcheggio e la zona silenziosa. L'appartamento, oltre a essere bello e pulito, è dotato di tutto ciò che occorre oltre le normali aspettative. Séjour très agréable à Quimper

Le propriétaire est très sympa et l'appartement est très bien situé et on peut tout faire à pied. Il y a une place pour garer la voiture et c'est très bien que les chiens sont admis. Pour nous c'est très important car nous voyageons toujours avec notre chienne.

La posizione. Nella via centrale . Appartamento nuovo ben arredato

Ho suggerito ad Olivier di provvedere a riadattare un armadio a muro fuori dalla camera principale perché in tutto l’appartamento non c’è un armadio per appendere gli abiti /giacche ecc. C’è solo un piccolo ripostiglio con 4 grucce non sufficienti per 4 persone. E’ stato molto ricettivo e provvederà

Nous avons tout apprécié, l'accueil de notre hôte Olivier Thomas extrêmement chaleureux, très ponctuel aussi et de très bon conseil, l'appartement très bien agencé, très bien situé tout confort, enfin sa localisation dans l'hypercentre historique de Quimper où nous n'avons pas besoin de voiture que ce soit pour faire les courses, aller boire un verre, aller au resto... Pour moi qui apprécie de marcher c'est génial sans compter les librairies pour ceux et celles qui aiment lire...

Je n'ai rien malheureusement rien à dire sur ce que nous n'avons pas apprécié tant notre court séjour a été génial. J'ai hâte de pouvoir y retourner en période estivale. Mon seul regret, c'est de n'avoir pas eu le temps de découvrir la région qui est magnifique.

Das Appartement war für 4 Personen perfekt. Zwei getrennte Einheiten inklusive jeweils eigenem Bad mit einem großzügigen Wohnbereich. Die Lage unmittelbar im Zentrum. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz inmitten der Stadt und die außerordentlich umfassende Ausstattung der Küche mit Utensilien inklusive Kaffee u.a. - es hat an gar nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter Olivier hat uns die perfekte Reiseplanung erklärt und mitgegeben.

Wohlfühlappartment in Top Lage

Top Appartment in Top Lage, sehr gute Reisetipps vom Vermieter, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche: Von der Kaffeemaschine über Designgeschirr, eine Küchenmaschine, feine Teeauswahl bis hin zu Vorräten und sogar entcoffeinierten Kaffeekapseln, um nur einiges zu nennen, blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sehr angenehme Betten mit schöner weißer Baumwollbettwäsche, eigener Parkplatz, Erreichbarkeit des Zentrums in kurzem Fußweg...wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vielleicht sollte schon im Vorfeld kommuniziert werden, dass die Anfahrt über Rue Brizeux erfolgen muss.
