Great location! Convenient to walk everywhere in the CBD, close to cafés and restaurants. Neat, clean and tidy. Great value, would recommend.

I would never have booked this property if I’d known at the it was a third-party arrangement. We had to walk 600m (Google Maps distance) to collect the key. The unit had not been cleaned and we had numerous phone calls sorting that out. We finally accessed the apartment at almost 6 pm after waiting in the foyer 35 minutes for the cleaner to do a slap up clean. Another walk of 600 m to return the keys on exit. Guests need to be aware that the shower is over a bath which was not easy to use. The ‘free toiletries’ consisted of one single use shower gel, one single use shampoo and one single use conditioner. There were two of us staying three nights. There was no hand soap or hand towel. There is no on-site reception if you want to find out anything like what to do with your rubbish.

Location was good. Bed comfortable.

After requesting an early check in at 12pm and paying extra to do so, there were some issues. We were advised apartment ready to collect keys from convenience store early at 10am. After doing so, arrived at room at 11am, and it was not made up from the last guests. Told to take keys back, so apartment could be made up. Not ready until after 2pm. The notification process for key availability and time needs to be improved. It took repeated contact over two months to obtain a refund for early check in.
