La organización es pésima. Tiene un secretario con nulo control del "estrés y profesionalismo.

se indico a qué hora se requería llegar y se acordó . Nos aseguraron la hora y una noche antes literal a las 10 PM. Nos avisaron que siempre no. Solo por qué el señor quería fotos de nuestras credenciales las cuales no nos negamos a mandar pero si cuestionamos el por qué las fotos. Al parecer eso fue demasiado para el y decidió cambiar todo. Y decidió cancelarlo por qué no supo organizarse . Fue una actitud que dejó mucho que desear. Creo que hay que tomar en cuenta que 1 te piden más dinero aparte de la app, 2 es a la hora que ellos quieren y 3 te pide que envies fotos por privado ? Aún que presentes tu identificación.

El departamento es Bien bonito y comodo y tranquilo con buena locación, los host excelente servicio al cliente todo el tiempo atentos y te resuelven todo problema de la mejor manera

El personal de seguridad groseros y te brindan un pesimo servicio cada entrada y salida te hacen perder tiempo, lo peor fue un dia que tenia programada una session de fotos Mi fotógrafo ya estaba registrado con dias! De anticipación pues no me lo dejaron pasar hasta despues de una hora! Ovio retrason todo mi dia tuve que pagar tiempo extra a mi Fotógrafo, yo entregaba el departamento ese dia y no terminamos a tiempo para el check out, y para cerrar con broche de oro la chica de limpieza llego y literalmente saco a mis hijos cuando aun yo no llegaba! Fue frustante pero mi Host arreglo todo imediatamente. Otro inconveniente que tuve fue que el Gym estaba cerrado y fue una de las razones principales por las que reserve este departamento Consejo chequen con los Host todas sus dudas y preguntas antes de Reservar. Si regresaria por la atención de parte de los Hosts! Gracias!

La ubicación, la seguridad, la comodidad de estar en un lugar que quedará cerca de la zona donde trabajaría. La comunicación con los anfitriones siempre fue muy rápida.

El ruido, las ventanas dan hacia la avenida y genera mucho ruido, sin embargo no fue tan intenso.

La ubicacion es muy buena, la limpieza y la atencion de los porteros a cualquier hora.

Hubo complicaciones de internet por un dia completo, eso incomodo un poco la estadia, de igual manera creo que se deberia de poder hacer uso a cualquier hora la alberca, ya que solo se nos dio 1hr.

1. Te piden depósito de $300 por noche. 2. Las regaderas estaban muy sucias. 3. El calentador de agua dejó de funcionar al 2 día. 4. Hace falta limpieza a profundidad, hay mucho polvo en la decoraciones.
