Le Patio de Mezraya was really amazing! I spent 6 nights in the triple room "Ulysse" with family. The staff is particularly helpful and pleasant, especially Ashwek, Iheb, Ihssen and Khaled! I had a small issue with the air-conditioner the first night and they immediately fixed it the day after.I especially appreciated how promptly they resolved the problem. A part from that, the place was very calm and very ideal to relax. The location is good but you definitely need a car/taxi to travel around the island :) I would definitely rebook it for another stay and highly recommend it !
Although everything was amazing I found that Breakfast was lacking some salty/fresh options and fruits. The Wifi quality (at least in Ulysse) could be improved.

Le personnel a été vraiment très accueillant avec nous. L’hôtel est magnifique, propre et le petit déjeuner inclus est bon. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Je recommande cet hôtel.
