    The hotel is fabulous, staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is great and there is a variety of choices . I had 2 days of stay was so good the only thing that they didn’t provide water and coffee or a kettle . Hotel is near by the beach and some restaurants. I can do also some activities around the beach . I would love to thank the guy at the reception was so kind to me.

    Spotlessly clean, comfortable spacious room, amazing food and mostly amazing staff. The animation team bend over backwards to keep everyone happy and entertained. It rained one morning and they provided "wet play" lol, in the bar which was great fun. For us, Leo and Masha were the stars of the team and, Leo even took time on his day off to join us for dinner on our last night! The restaurant staff were welcoming and made us feel very special and the food was excellent. We were there for eleven nights and didn't have the same meal twice. The cleaning services are amazing. Our room was cleaned every day and she even decorated our bed and bathroom with flowers one morning, so kind. To be honest the only negative, was the chap that dealt with the money on the reception. He's definitely not good for the hotel because he's rude and arogant. The visitors here are mainly French and German so brush up on your school French before you go as it's pretty much the main language used on the whole island. Overall a lovely stay, thanks so much!

    Positives - good variety of food, drinks and great weather in early October. Lots of organised activities if that is what you want on a holiday Negatives - Nightclub level music played all day around the poolside and sun terraces so impossible to relax, isolated location, derelict hotels on either side of the hotel, hotel is NOT on the beach which is accessed across a road, lots of rocks on the shoreline, some staff never smile or acknowledge guests, our room was very shabby, bedding and towels were very dingy looking and not crisp and fresh, room balcony area and seating covered in bird droppings every day so could not use it, thousands of ants on the balcony area and outside walls and many ants got into our rooms through gaps in the sliding doors, lots and lots of flies crawling over the buffet food and no measures were in place to combat this, restaurant decor is very drab looking and you must tip if you want and service, the hotel mainly caters for French and German guests so other languages are not easily understood.

    This is the best holiday hotel we even get. compare the price they offer, everything is fantastic. we definitely will visit it again in the future. so good
