Holiday Isle 118

Great location close to restaurants and stores.

Long walk to the beach but I enjoy the walk.

The location and the comfort level was a major plus as was the parking garage. The pools were great too!

It was an awfully long walk to the beach.

When entering Unit 118, we could smell cleanliness. Unit is fully equipped from the kitchen to play toys. It's 1st floor up about 9 feet, so you can still see the gulf. We differently enjoy our stay at this unit and Holiday Isle.

The booking process was very stressful. We booked Holiday Isle using Booking.COM, which was not the issue. After we booked the unit, we received emails from the Holiday Isle HOA requesting copies of driver license and to fill out a form to identify all occupants and vehicle identification. Then I received email's from AVARI saying they have my booking and welcome's me. In today's world of scams, there were too many involved in a simple condo booking.

The unit is large with plenty of beds for a family

The furniture in the unit is not what was pictured in the ad. The new furniture was literally wooden boxes with material and a small amount of cheap padding on top, which shifts away when you sit down. Imagine temu making furniture and check out the pics. The fabric was also very itchy. The ad has a couch/loveseat with 2 cushions and puffy recliner, while the actual furniture has 3 cushions on a couch and 2 sad recliners. There are stains on the couch. Also, there were no shelves in the freezer. The dishwasher didn't work, and a repair person came to look at it while we were here, but had to order parts The entrance numbers for the gate that comes on our paperwork were wrong. The wifi that will work here was not the first one I was given. Make sure you don't settle for the poor signal wifi as your phones will not work in the unit, and you will have to set yourself to make wifi calls while this low in the building You can only see a tiny sliver of beach because of how low this unit is.and the beach is incredibly deep.
