The condo was lovely and very clean. The only downside was the long walk to the beach. The balcony was large and provided beautiful views. The sunsets were beautiful!

Amazing location! This unit was perfect for our family's spring break trip. The balcony is huge and we spent so much time sitting and watching the ocean and the ships in the distance. The beach was very easy to access to play in the waves, walk, birdwatch, or beach comb for excellent shells. Donna had the unit stocked with all the basics and more, from the kitchen to the laundry to the closet stocked beach gear. She communicated early and made sure we had all the information needed, then checked in via text to make sure everything was as expected. Her area information was perfect, too! Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the pirate room! The complex is very well kept, amenities were exceptional. We loved being right across the street from food and stores. The unit is directly above the outdoor pool, but that we only heard the noise when outside. The room was very quiet overall- no noise from neighbors or hallway. We would absolutely recommend this unit for a family looking for a convenient and comfortable getaway!

The view from the porch and sunshine on same was terrific. Salt air is starting to get to the patio furniture. Kitchen appliances (stove, fridge and dishwasher) were very good. The washer could have used a cleaning. The condo showed some signs of age but was in reasonably good condition. The bed in the main BR was comfortable, couch and love seat in LR not so much. LR carpet could use a cleaning. Kitchen utensils were serviceable, it was surprising the unit did not have a pizza cutter.Shower curtain in the BR needed washing or replacement. Shower caddy in the en suite, likewise. We enjoyed our stay on Dauphin Island and for convenience and the view alone, this unit was good.
