Het appartement is top en echt nieuw. Dikke kunststof trippelglas ramen en deuren. Badkamers prima en schoon. Heerlijk terras waar rond 9.30 uur in de ochtend pas de zon op komt. In de avond kun je daar heerlijk zitten. De airco is top, klimaat in het gehele appartement op 22 graden dat betekent heerlijk slapen. Keuken is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Dolce gusto koffiemachine met grote pads. Dus als je deze van huis wilt meenemen de grote maat nemen. Mercadona aan de overkant.
Wat wel echt gezegd moet worden is dat je de sleutels zelf moet ophalen in Elviria, extra kosten dus als je met de taxi komt of met eigen vervoer De locatie van het appartement is niet leuk! Aan de buitenrand tegen een autoindustrie gebied aan. Armoedig en vuil. Door de drukke doorgaande weg waar je op uit kijkt vanaf het balkon, heb je veel overlast van het verkeer zowel in geluid als luchtkwaliteit. Als je Marbella bezoekt dan kun je beter kiezen om in het oude stadscentrum te verblijven direct bij de betere stranden en omgeving.
