It is a very comfortable accommodation for families or a small group of friends: the quality/price ratio is excellent. The maximum capacity is for four people. The swimming pool is open in July and August.
Recently renovated, the accommodation has two bedrooms, well-equipped independent kitchen, living-dining room, two bathrooms and a spacious terrace. It also has free private parking space, air conditioning and WiFi which costs 3€/day.

The Community of Owners may, without prior notice, extend or reduce the opening period of the swimming pool.
The accommodation offers a parking space, located on the -1 floor of the same building. Access is by remote control. The parking space is suitable for cars of category Cars.

A very clean apartment, with great facilities, kitchen was ideal exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds and a great location, swimming pool was perfect, no rushing for sun beds, always managed to get one and not too crowded. The road outside was noisy - but that was to be expected due to the location. A short walk to Marbella old town and very good bus stops.
