בעל הבית היה גמיש מאד מאד!!! כמה דקות אחרי שהזמנו את הבית, התקשר אלינו לומר שהבית כבר מוכן ואפשר להכנס לפני 15:00. גם ביום של הצ'ק אאוט כתב שאפשר מבחינתו להשאר עוד זמן אחרי שעת היציאה. הבית היה מאובזר ממש!!! תנור, מיקרוגל, תמי 4. הבית היה נקי ממש! הבית מרווח מאד! 2 מקלחות. חדרים גדולים. בניין ממש חדש עם נוף לים. דקה נסיעה מקניון מול החוף וילג'. 2 דקות נסיעה מהים. בעל הבית היה אדיב מאד!! ממש נהנו! אם היה אפשר לתת ציון יותר גבוה מ-10, הייתי נותן!

הדירה מרווחת.
המרפסת לא הייתה נקיה. היו חסרות כריות שינה. לא ידענו איפה יש מטלית לשיש למבטח. היו רק 4 כיסאות סביב השולחן בפנים ובחוץ והיינו 5 נפשות.
