W obiekcie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodna jadalnia, dwie toalety oraz prysznic; do dyspozycji gości oddano wygodny, dobrze oznaczony, bezpłatny parking; pokoje są czyste, przestronne i jasne; łóżka bardzo wygodne; miejsce to bardzo dobra baza wypadowa w różne miejsca kotliny kłodzkiej;
nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń; myślę, że chętnie wrócę do "zielonej pogody"
