- Spacious living room, excellent for having meals in a big group and enjoying evenings with board games and late talks. - Excellent view from a very cosy terrace (comfortable chairs, hammock). - Green and very spacious garden with kids playground and an open fire place. - Very silent and calm neighbourhood, perfect for enjoying the time at (and around) the house.
- Small kitchen with not enough work space and very small fridge (partly broken) - Bathrooms should be renovated in near future (weak water pressure in showers)
