Die Räumlichkeiten sind an sich gut und hätten Potential. Es waren drei Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Mehrere Wasserflaschen.
Die Lage ist eher suboptimal (4/5 Reihe). Im Haus hat man keinen Handyempfang. Teilweise kaputte/nicht vorhandene Ausstattung. Der Fernseher ohne Funktion/Empfang. Die Fernbedienung zur Klimaanlage fehlte. Keine Glühbirne in der Nachttischlampe. Kommunikation war in Ordnung, allerdings nicht lösungsorientiert.
