Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist super. Restaurants, Supermarkt, Cafés ebenso wie die Sehenswürdigkeiten Oldenburgs, alles in Fußnähe. Trotz der zentralen Lage, ruhig gelegen. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz ( 5 min entfernt) ist sicherlich auch ein Plus.
Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich in einem älteren Gebäude, ist modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Eine nette Geste sind die Kaffeekapseln, Teesorten, Oldenburger Bier. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war unkompliziert, sehr schnell und sehr angenehm.
Die Tauben im Innenhof waren gerade in den frühen Morgenstunden nervig.
In der ansonsten gut ausgestatteten Küche war das Besteck für 4 Personen knapp bemessen.

Die Lage, die Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind 1a. Es fehlte an nichts, von Tampon bis Nespressokapseln war alles da.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war überaus angenehm und freundlich

I liked EVERYTHING about this apartment. It was so well equipped that I felt I could stay on indefinitely without needing to go purchase any items - from a well equipped kitchen with anything you’d want for cooking and baking, to thoughtful bathroom items to help if you’d forgotten toothpaste, tampons, etc. The washer dryer facilities right in the apartment were very appreciated along with detergent pods and a large drying rack for delicates. Cozy, comfortable and really a delightful stay.
We liked it all! It’s a gem!
