Apartment amidst nature-Riverdale, north of Munich

Sehr schön im Grünen gelegen, schön ruhig, super ausgestattet mit Fliegengittern und Jalousien, großes sauberes Bad, Küche ok, schönes Schlafzimmer, gemütliche Sessel, Platz zum Spielen für Kinder, sehr freundlicher Vermieter, guter Parkplatz, super zu erreichen von Autobahn, München und Allianz-Arena, toller Bäcker (auch sonntags geöffnet) und zwei Biergärten im Ort, Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten Entfernung, sehr hübsche Dachwohnung.

Sofabett war nicht so bequem, etwas wenig Bettwäsche, wenige Handtücher, Sitzbereich etwas eng, Treppen zu beachten bei viel Gepäck, für 1-2 Nächte aber alles absolut ok.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a countryside private house. A convenient parking spot is just in front of the house. It was warm and with a pretty view in a very quiet area. The bathroom is really big and comfortable (but the tub cap seal was broken and didn't really work!) The kids loved the tub as well as the TV with Netflix. It is about 25 minutes by car from Munich and we generally liked it.

There were no informations about the surroundings nor Munich. No other info like the wi-fi password or how to separate the waste or surrouding shops. It was reasonably clean, but there were personal belongings of the owners and leftover of furnitures in various drawers. It wasn't child proof as there were heavy objects prone to fall in the apartment and in the house entryway, as well as a shaky tall shelf which wasn't fixed to the wall right in the living room (that seriously needs to be attached). The small desk with 2 chairs and a bench was barely adequate to eat on (we had to take turns). The kitchen was indeed well equipped even with the dishwawsher and washing machine, but there were only 3 glasses (we were 4!) and some mistmached/chipped cups/plates. I'd suggest review the kitchen items and add some new cutlery, glasses and dishware. There was no hair-dryer.

We had a wonderful stay. The service was top notch. The owner is super kind, informative and friendly. I recommend this place to everyone, especialy families.
