About this apartment rental
New, modern, and high-end furnishings. Come in and make yourself at home! Separate entrance with 24-hour check-in and check-out. Garden, grill, and umbrella. A special outdoor highlight: a Hollywood swing to unwind. Smart TV for cozy evenings. Underfloor heating. Fully equipped kitchen with a French press, espresso maker, and all the kitchenware you’ll need. Hotel-quality linens in the bathroom and on the bed for that extra touch of comfort. We ask our guests not to smoke inside the apartment, in the garden, or on the property.
The apartment has access to a section of the garden with a lawn for sunbathing (approx. 20 m²) and garden furniture, a grill, and a patio umbrella. If the weather isn’t cooperating or your feet are tired, you can wind down the evening with the Smart TV (please remember to use your own login). Underfloor heating. Fully equipped kitchen with a French press, espresso maker, and all the appliances you’ll need. A starter supply of spices, coffee, tea, vinegar/oil, dishwasher tablets, and paper towels is, of course, provided. The beds are equipped with reversible mattresses (H2/H3 and H3/H4), and four-season comforters should ensure a comfortable sleeping environment for every guest. We typically provide percale-quality bed linens. And for the warmest days, you can choose a summer set with a thin cotton blanket. Beautiful hotel-quality towels await you in the bathroom.
