Highly recommended accommodation

Very good accommodation and very kind hosts! Communication was easy, and they helped with everything. The furnishings are modern and in good condition. Towels were changed every 2–3 days. The pebble beach is just a few hundred meters away, down the street across from the building, and parking is available right in front. The street can be a bit noisy in the evenings, but with the windows closed and the AC on, you won’t notice a thing. The laundry in the lower part of the building isn’t loud at all, but the water pressure in the bathroom isn’t very strong—still adequate for the purpose. We were welcomed with soap, shower gel, dish soap, and a new dish sponge, and the apartment’s standard equipment also includes an iron, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, and a smart TV. There’s a café, a gym, and a car rental next door, and shops and restaurants are within a few hundred meters. There’s a bus stop across the road, though we never used public transportation. Highly recommended!

- Proprietario molto disponibile e cortese, sempre raggiungibile e cordiale. - appartamento nuovo e moderno, dotato di quasi tutto il necessario - terrazzino molto piacevole - aria condizionata (estremamente necessaria) - camera spaziosa e luminosa - infissi nuovi - molti supermercati e esercizi nelle vicinanze - posizione comoda per la parte orientale/centrale dell'isola. - parcheggio piuttosto agevole/affidabile sulla strada

- Impossibile oscurare completamente o a lungo; perché c'è solo una tenda leggera insufficiente a coprire la vetrata, e nessun antone/persiana da poter chiudere - quindi già alle 5 in estate non c'era più buio e basterebbero piccoli accorgimenti (come una tenda più grande e spessa) per risolvere. - Poche pentole e stoviglie, e magari un microonde potrebbe aiutare per velocizzare le preparazioni se si vuole cucinare - Acqua della doccia un po' carente e scarichi non ottimali - strada un po' rumorosa perché è quella principale, ma viceversa comoda per spostarsi. - (questo non dipende troppo dal proprietario, essendo così anche fuori, ma era necessario tenere il deumidificatore molto acceso perché l'aria era molto umida e senza risultava un po' soffocante)
