L’accueil du propriétaire dans son restaurant le « Lava » avec un rafraîchissement (boisson) pour mon fils et moi. Très bel accueil et le confort de l’Appartement était beaucoup mieux que sur les photos, agréable surprise à notre arrivée.Litterie très confortable, douche fonctionnel, très bonne qualité de la climatisation, dans la chambre mais donne jusqu’au salon. Très belle piscine, très bon restaurant avec Arnaud et John le Suisse qui sont au petit soin pour les clients. Concert et spectacle traditionnel le jeudi… Wifi gratuit à la piscine et en chambre. Quartier très très agréable avec toutes les commodités autour, arrêt de bus, commerces (super marché à 2mn),très belle plage de Moraitika à 8 mn à pied. Choix +++ de restaurant. Je recommande la bonne cuisine du Restaurant le « Le Lava » le poisson y est excellent bravo au chef et propriétaire du Nikis appartement… En somme mon fils et moi avons passé un séjour exceptionnel…❤️

Rien c’était vraiment mieux que mes attentes.

Pulizia e accoglienza, vicinanza alla spiaggia di moraitka (neanche 7 minuti a piedi ). Consiglio di provare anche la taverna sottostante , molto buone le pietanze .

Nice swimming pool. Quite close to the beach. A/C works good.

Since day 1 we had a problem with WiFi. So for entire holiday we didn't have Internet connection. I asked few times the owner without any result. I paid more for this apartment because of WiFi which never worked. There's no TV in the room. Looks like swimming pool is used there by everyone in the area...even people from the street. Cleaners and hotel/apartment's staff don't speak english...so even basic things are complicated.
