Gated Community Access & Fees
The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with 24-hour security and exclusive amenities.
A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.

Yard is partially level and partially sloped

Exterior security cameras are installed for safety
No pets or animals allowed at any time—no exceptions
