Relatively flat driveway with parking for multiple (6+) cars. Gradual lakefront slope makes for an easy walk down to the water. Upper and lower decks provide plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. WiFi. Propane grill. Linens included.

Comfortable rooms provide 3 cal-king, 1 queen, & 2 twin beds. 1 pull out couch is also available. Ample space in the loft and game-room for kids to lay out sleeping bags.

Please note: The HOA charges a $42 fee per car upon arrival (current fee as of 2022). This fee is paid directly to the HOA at the security gate and is not included in the rental fees.

Tony was very transparent and upfront. The house sit next to a lake where the kid had a blast with kayaking and paddle boat. Fishing was also good, we caught some 1lb bluegill and it was fun. The house is clean with a game room. I would book this house again in the future when we decide to visit Yosemite again.

Great spot on the lake. Very nostalgic for our fam. House is definitely retro and could use some upgrades and amenities—like patio chairs and comfy chairs for down by water, more towels and some beach towels, soap and basic amenities but all in all it’s a very comfy cabin on the Lake. Owner was very communicative and gracious.

We had a fantastic 8 day stay in Tony's cabin! The location was great, with a nice dock and Lake Lodge beach directly across the lake. The house itself was clean and large enough to fit multiple families comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and such and the grill, as always on a summer lake trip, was a must have.The only downside worth mentioning is that the bathrooms are a bit dated, the showers are small and the shared bathroom on the second floor is only a tub (no shower).Sunsets from the deck and dock were stunning. The pool table was very nice but we didn't play at all as we spent most of our days fishing, swimming, kayaking, and generally hanging out by the lake. The kids loved catching fish and frogs. It was an idyllic cabin in which to spend a week on the lake, wish we could've stayed longer!

Our family has vacationed at Tony's lake house for many years now, I always think it can't get any better but every year the time spent on the lake seems to be the best time ever. The newly painted kitchen cabinets and new countertops look beautiful.

The house, the lake, the trees - just great. The house is dated but very well maintained and comfortable for ourselves and adult "children." Plenty of space to be together or be private inside or on the two decks or the boat "dock." Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans & utensils and the BBQ was well used. The lake was terrific - couldn't believe how quiet it was even on the last week in July (assume it would be different on the 4th & Labor Day). We used the kayaks, the paddleboat and floatation devices a lot plus swimming from the dock. The host, Tony, was very responsive when we let him know about a problem. We did have a problem with getting thru the gate and no one could figure out why. I'd given Tony the names of the 3 drivers but when we got there the gate personnel only had two and would not let us in until we could reach Tony (he wasn't available for a short time). I suggest Tony double check with PML people after he send the names in. Got it resolved but it was frustrating and took too much time. But overall we'd go back in a heartbeat!

My friends and family stayed here for our annual vacation. The house was clean and well stocked in the kitchen with everything you need. It's so great to be on the lake and they had two kayaks and a paddle boat. Everyone had a great time. Lots of parking. The TV glitched a lot when we tried to watch movies in the evening. Other than that, great time and reasonable cost.

This lake front home was perfect for nine adults and three grandkids. Our grandkids loved all the toys in the loft area, and the adults the stunning views of the lake from the large family room windows and deck. Definitely worth the added expense for a lake front vacation…..trust me on this. We used the peddle boat to take our grandkids on a trip across the lake to the public beach and play area. It was unusually warm for this time of year during our stay, but the lake was very refreshing. The kitchen was set up nicely and had all necessary amenities. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great location!!!! We all had a great time using the kayaks , paddle boat and paddle board!!!! Great having access to the lake in your own backyard!!!!! Very spacious home, beds were very comfortable. The host Tony was very nice and easy to communicate with, just wish the floors were cleaner and spider webs were removed otherwise highly recommended for a large family!!!!!!!!

The house was well stocked with games, lake toys and kitchen supplies. Plenty of sleeping space for our family of 10 (7 adults, 3 teenagers). Really enjoyed the yard and area to hangout at the lake. Kids loved the game room. Small beach across the lake was easy to get to. Didn't need the bikes ( too hot and hilly for afternoon rides).

We always have a great time and relaxing stay when we have the opportunity to visit this wonderful home. We spend at least half of our time floating and swimming in the lake. The work on the kitchen with the new appliances and counter tops is very nice. We feel comfortable and at home.

What a wonderful place! The house was spacious, comfortable, and the location on the lake was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and modern. We really enjoyed the kayaks at the dock and swimming in the lake. Communications with Tony were quick and easy. Everything was as listed and we really could not have asked for more (except more time there :-). Hoping to come back next year! As mentioned, there were a lot of stairs, but we knew that coming in. Thanks for sharing your special place with us!

The second we open the door to this beautiful cabin I knew I made the right choice. I did not want a modern looking, white sheetrock looking cabin. The cedar wood throughout and on the vaulted ceilings was just what I wanted. House was well stocked with utensils. The "toys" down at the dock to play with and explore the lake with were an added bonus. Everyone (7) had a great time and loved the place. Will be hard to top!! :)

This was our 2nd stay at this amazing Pine Mountain Lake home- needless to say, we love it! The house is ideal for a large family (there were 10 of us total- 9 adults and 1 child) and we had plenty of space. The private dock, paddle board, paddle boat and kayaks are a HUGE plus! We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every minute of it! We can’t wait to plan another trip! We had a couple of very minor issues, but Tony is very attentive and responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!!

Staying at Tony's house for the Independence Day Weekend (Pine Mountain Lake) was an unforgettable experience! The process was a blast: especially the communication with the host was a pleasure. We previously would only rent houses far from the lake, but staying at Tony's lakefront has opened a new location for us: not only it had the breathtaking view of the entire lake (and also fireworks), but we had access to the lake all the time, especially when the marina was too crowded. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and trouble-free. Fully-stocked kitchen to cook meals from scratch, great activities suggestions from the host, kid toys (indoor and outdoor) made it feel like our home. Thank you for your kindness, unconditional generosity, time and the immense amount of effort you put into making this house so charming and welcoming. We are definitely coming back to the Pine Mountain Lake and we would love to stay at Tony's house again!

It was second stay in this house and It was exactly as described in the listing. We spent a great time with our friends and celebrated Memorial Day. Tony is the perfect host and it was so easy to communicate with him. I hope we will be his often guests as we really like this house.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. Beautiful house with lake view and two balconies. There is an additional 40$ entry fee per vehicle which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. Also two of the three bathroom door locks were not working. Appliances are old and Grill was not clean.

This was such a large and very well-stocked cabin by the lake. We stayed during New Year's Eve and was raining most of the time. We were 14 of us including 8 kids but didn't feel cramped at all. The kids all slept in the loft in air mattresses we got and the cabin had enough comforters and blankets to keep them warm. They all had a blast in the game room below. The cabin is much better than in the pictures. Tony was prompt in communicating and very accommodating as he was ok with our large group.

Our whole group enjoyed our stay! We had 9 adults, 3 babies under 6 months, and a 18 month old. The house was nicer than the photos make it look, but had more stairs than anticipated. I was glad my parents decided not to join us on this trip. As they would have never left the main floor of the house once they made it down the stairs to get there from the driveway. Overall the house was clean, the beds were comfy, well stocked, and there was plenty our room for everyone to spread out. It was a nice set up and no one could hear each others babies crying in the middle of the night...it was very sound proof. For those who care, there were 2 pack n plays in the closets of the bedrooms. We had brought our own not knowing this little tidbit. We enjoyed evenings down by the lake, having dinner on the deck, and playing pool on the lower level of the home. The lake views we beautiful and the paddle boat was fun, along with the kayaks and stand up paddle board. Fishing was a favorite pass time when hanging out at the house. At dusk we watched the bats eating the bugs over the lake and in the morning birds eating fish from the lake. The kitchen has everything we needed...well we did wish we had a bigger skillet, but minor (we just used two). The nice large table was much appreciated, along with all the seating outdoors for dining. Wish the BBQ was where everyone hangs out on the back deck, but that is minor. My husband sat by the BBQ with a good book and his headphones on. My son-in-law says that the BBQ needs the drippings/crumbs in the bottom cleaned out to avoid "flare ups", but that didn't stop us from cooking 3 of our four dinners on the BBQ. Overall we would highly recommend staying at this home. It was very comfortable and we would stay there again. Next time, we would spend more time at the house and less days at Yosemite, which was easily a day trip from the home. Thank you for our stay!

Property had everything we needed. The host was wonderful communicating. 3 stories of living area so we weren’t all on top of each other. The dock area had alot of shade because of numerous trees and we all avoided sunburns because of it even with temperatures in the 100’s. All occupants are already talking second visit!!

From the minute we arrived, our wonderful vacation began. The house had everything we needed and having constant access to the water insured that it was a true vacation for all of us. We are staying at PML every summer and this place is our favorite so far. Plenty of room for kids to play, and for adults to rest. We loved the easy path to the lake where we could enjoy the benches in the shade and use paddle boat and kayak to swim around. The house itself is clean.

The 10 of us enjoyed our stay at Park Mountain Lake very much. The house is extremely comfortable and well set up. Being able to go down to the dock and swim at any time of the day was wonderful. The lake was very quiet mid week in June. The water taxi to around the lake was a great treat. Thank you for everything.

My family and I (10 total, including 3 children) were in California for a long weekend. This house was everything we could have asked for. We had plenty of room to spread out and the view of the lake was beautiful. We also spent a day in Yosemite, which was not too far for a day trip. The house was clean and Tony was a wonderful host. Our only regret was not booking it for a whole week. If we lived close we would definitely return.

This is a good location and the views are nice. The house is big and clean. The game room with additional TV is a plus. It could use a little more updating, especially when it comes to lighting in the living room but overall we had a pleasant stay. Everyone including kids and elderly enjoyed themselves :) Tony's communication and instructions were in point.

Went here to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday with friends and our 8 week old baby. House was phenomenal! The view was great from inside the house and the deck. Lots of space to relax or have fun. It’s three stories so adults can play pool and be a little louder downstairs while baby slept soundly upstairs. Homeowner Tony was very responsive in app or by text. He answered all our questions within minutes of asking! We will definitely be back next year.
