The space was clean and thougthfully stocked with essentials. Rooms were spacious and great convenient location.
There is not one thing I could think of to improve.

Great self-catering kitchen and lounge-room ammenities, a comfortable place to stay, convenient to town and supermarket, everything is within a 15-25 minute walking distance. Parking in town is easy when having to drive to a shop or restaurant. A very good residential part of Toowoomba and we managed two get two cars in the carport.
The bathroom basin was cramped with a low slung tap and the shower head is a bit slow only one bathroom and toilet. The car noise on the street was quite active at times and cars seemed to move quickly along the road at 5am onwards. Owner needs to know there are large weeds growing in the guttering (carport & main bedroom side) that could pose a problem to the roof in a heavy downpour.
