The downstairs granny flat is for the owners use only. They may stay there a couple of times per year, which may be during your stay.

Upstairs includes:

✔︎ Renovated bathroom
✔︎ Covered outdoor deck
✔︎ 3 car accommodation (inc carport)
✔︎ Opposite Cobb & Co Museum, Botanic Gardens & Queens Park

Note: to access the rear balcony from the kitchen area, please lift the door handle up (not push down).

Also, the washing machine and dryer is located in the cupboard next to the microwave in the kitchen.

Had an excellent stay. Air con in all bedrooms was a life-saver as it was quite hot during our stay. Great location across from Queens park, Saturday morning market is fantastic! Only negative for us was the sofa is in need of replacement. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
