1. L'host richiede un pagamento in cash e non rilascia ricevuta! In Italia è obbligatorio avere un POS e rilasciare fattura/ricevuta. A distanza di 6 giorni, non ho ancora ricevuto la fattura. Ho anche sollecitato la host ma niente. Inoltre, questo pagamento è extra da booking e include bollette e pulizia (inesistente durante il soggiorno). € 100 pulizia € 60 bollette (€10/notte) 2. Non ci sono indicazioni su come raggiungere il centro città. Io so che lì c'è una fermata del bus perché ho abitato a Rapallo, ma chi è di fuori non lo sa! 3. Non troverete kit benvenuto di shampoo, bagnoschiuma, ecc.. Solo 3 rotoli di carta igienica, di cui 2 impolverati, per tre persone per una settimana. 4. Ho trovato una signora che apriva il garage dove avevo la mia auto perché non sapeva fosse occupato. 5. No luce fuori dalla porta. La sera è buio e, senza una luce che illumini la porta, è difficile aprire.
