Dione terrace apartments by Dimore in Sicily

Apartament znajduje się w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji. Bardzo blisko parkingu Talete, targu (fantastyczne przyprawy, warzywa i owoce, sery, wędliny, ryby), w okolicy sporo kawiarni oraz restauracji (parę kroków od słynnych kanapek!) Miałam apartament z trzema sypialniami. Każda sypialnia była z łazienką. Apartament był schludny i czysty. Wszystkie trzy podwójne łóżka były bardzo wygodne, czysta i przyjemna w dotyku pościel. Warto tylko wiedzieć, że trzecia sypialnia jest na piętrze i dojście do niej jest przez taras. Czyli jak jest zimno czy pada deszcze to może być mniej komfortowe. Taras jest ogromny i pomimo pory roku (zima) można było na nim spędzać w słońcu czas. Kontakt z Fabio był na najwyższym poziomie. Sposób zameldowania i odebrania kluczy bardzo dobry. Nie ukrywam, że nie rozumiem jednej bardzo niskiej oceny. Budynek jest stary, ale to przecież historyczny fragment Syrakuz. Ortigia jest bardzo stara, więc budynki oraz otoczenie są też stare. Apartament ma ogromny urok. Łazienka po schodkach to ciekawostka a nie dramat. A kilka pustych haków nie powoduje dyskomfortu. Całość jest urządzona w sycylijskim klimacie. Bardzo mi się podobało. Jedynie czego bym chciała na przyszłość to chociaż dwóch suszarek do włosów, przy 5 kobietach jedna suszarka była wyzwaniem. Miejsce wspaniałe i do polecenia!

Great accommodation, excellent communication for us to find our way at night. Close to everything & still a quiet area.

An easy 10/10. The location is great. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated. The AC, which is a must in August, worked very well. The beds were very comfortable. Fabio was a great host. Met us for the check-in and presented lots of suggestions on where to eat, drink etc. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We had two incidents which both were handled efficiently: 1. we forgot the keys inside the house. Fabio came to the rescue in 10 minutes. 2. we had a shortage of various soaps. Fabio delivered this within 30 minutes. All in all a great place to stay for experiencing Ortigia / Syracuse. If we ever come back, we know where to stay :)

We had a lovely stay at Dione Apartments. The location is excellent—totally central, yet quiet enough to relax. While the kitchen and living area are on the small side, the very spacious and beautifully furnished terrace more than makes up for it. The apartment feels newly renovated, very clean, and has been thoughtfully furnished with stylish, comfortable touches.

A couple of things to note: cooking is limited, as there’s no stove hood exhaust to the outside, so it’s not ideal for preparing full meals. Also, a railing on the bottom section of the stairs would improve safety, especially for families or older guests.
