Via Roma Charming Rooms

Really trying to sound positive It's extremely clear that there is a huge attempt to invest in design in every little detail, it was just too much. The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable There was ample hot water in the shower. Hairdryer was good.

Insisting histerricly on online pre check in, threatening us that if we don't do it we will never get a code to enter. Parking is 500m away, then you have to climb up hill along the road. Very impersonal, no human contact until breakfast, then its only to get the tourist tax. We didn't like the whole idea of, breakfast isn't included, so the hot drinks and pastery we surve for breakfast is a gift, don't forget to rate us! While everywhere else in Italy a real breakfast including eggs, yogurt and fruit is already the standard for the past 20 years. I would rather just have a coffee machine in my room. Mountain view room doesn't usually mean that you see the houses around mostly the balcony next door that has a plant with 10000 bees! Attaching picture. Reading the most ridiculous set of rules written in an over designed multy page booklet in almost unreadable font on beige paper did make us nurvesly giggle. Attached a picture of just one paragraph.

Great location and absolutely stunning design. We kept wanting to look at every little detail. Every room is decorated in its own style, nothing is the same. Ours turned out to be a family room, but it was still super cozy and full of atmosphere. Amazing bathroom with a great tub, really comfy beds and mattresses, lots of space, and the whole place smells wonderful. Breakfast wasn't included in our booking, but it was lovely: great cappuccino and delicious sweets. Honestly, everything was perfect!
