Vriendelijke ontvangst, mooi ingerichte kamer, een tuin waar je in kunt zitten, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt met zelfgemaakte jam en taart/cake.
Het bed en de vloer kraakten nogal op onze kamer en de deuren waren wat luid bij het sluiten.

Scendere della stanza e trovare la colazione come a casa tua non ha prezzo. Caffè appena fatto, ciambellone fatto in casa, uovo sodo, marmellata, burro, latte, ... Gentilissimi Matteo e sua moglie !!! Consigliato al 100%

The property is so tranquil immersed in the countryside with amazing views. The kitchen area is practical to prepare a good breakfast. The mattress incredibly comfy memory foam, an absolute rarity in the whole Emilian and part of the toscan side of the moutanin as well
I believe someone smoke in the room I was given and that made it a bit difficult for me to sleep but I managed to swap the room so eventually all good. I’d be more cautions though as that could have totally spoiled my experience. This is the reason I score Low on cleaning only.
