The price is very good for Helsinki, the bed is comfortable. There's plenty of silverware, plates and bowls in the kitchen, has a microwave, a mini fridge, and a 2 burners stove to make breakfast in the morning is a plus.
The walk to the studio is a little uphill, not easy to find the lock box, it's across the street from the building behind a drain pipe. It's about a 18 min walk to the city center. The furnishing is very simple, and the shower has no door, just a shower curtain, so water is everywhere on the floor after showering, plus there's mold on the floor where the shower is. There's no power outlet by the bed.

Everything was clean (except I guess the grout in the bathroom floor tiles) and the furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked. The location was very convenient. The price was fantastic when comparing to hostel dorm rooms.
To counter some complaints in previous reviews, the lock box was easy to find and the check in instructions were clear. There was a double socket behind the bed. The curtain was great at blocking the light and there were Venetian blinds as well. No curtain on the kitchen window but that also had a blind. The apartment was sunny in the day and dark at night -- with the caveat that, as stated below, I had heat issues so I had to have the blinds closed from early in the day and the windows open and unobstructed during the night so I could not enjoy these benefits.
The apartment was unbearably hot both day and night - and I say this as someone who is not particularly sensitive to heat. I could only sleep between around 2am and 7am. I didn't even realise how bad this was making me feel until the temperature finally dropped on my final evening.
To make it worse, there was no way to turn off the heated towel rail so I was sweating even after a cold shower.
Note that I didn't raise these issues with the host as it would not have been convenient to accommodate their resolution during my stay, but I'm sure the host would have been helpful. I hope they will invest in a fan for future summer guests.
Relatively minor issues:
Be nice to have a bedside lamp as the overhead lighting is quite bright.
Damage and lost key fees are ridiculous and not disclosed until after booking, even on a non-refundable booking. Not sure they are even enforceable given that but it does mean you feel you have to be overly careful with everything you use.
I was happy to take my rubbish out on checkout, but I had no idea how to sort it. The host should include instructions (translations) or include rubbish removal as part of housekeeping.
There was no bin in the bathroom, only in the kitchen.
There is a picture on the listing of outdoor furniture on a terrace but this is a communal terrace a floor below that had no furniture and apparently isn't to be loitered on (according to the building rules in the main foyer).

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Helsinki.
Nous avons pu visiter facilement de part l'emplacement idéal du logement et faire les excursions sans soucis étant toujours proche des lieux de départ.
La machine à laver était vraiment un plus !
Nous faisons un road trip dans les pays Nordiques et pouvoir laver du linge dans l'appartement a été génial.
C'est très bien chauffé donc le linge était sec au réveil.
Appartement petit mais fonctionnel et je dirai même idéal et suffisant.
La télé aussi même si peu regardé était top. Nous avons pu mettre notre Netflix et du coup regarder en français.
Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés.
De plus l'immeuble est d'un calme !
Je recommande vraiment.

There was a good wifi connection. The location was reasonably central.
The studio was far from"trendy": it was poorly- and sparsely-furnished & equipped; I was only given one towel; the bathroom floor was dirty with black mould.
