Positive: +wonderful housewives +beautiful rooms, magnificent balcony +washing machine +air conditioners +umbrella and bags for the beach +7-9 minutes walk to the beach +there is a delicious cafe with pastries and breakfasts nearby +the kitchen has everything you need +insect nets +nice beds +excellent coffee machine and several coffee capsules +very clean + We had a late check-in, but they waited for us.

What is important to know about: -the air conditioner is for an additional fee, we didn't turn it on much and we weren't asked for an additional fee, for which I thank the hostesses, but I think this is an important detail (it surprised us) -the boiler is not designed for 4 showers in a row, only for 3. There were 4 of us and three of us went to the shower perfectly, but the fourth one ran out of hot water ( -there is no bedding for the beach and beach towels, be sure to take this into account (there are currently no equipped sun beds on the beach at all), so it would be great for the owners to add these things, as this is a purely beach vacation.

L'accoglienza dell'host fantastica, persone meravigliose che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la doccia, in 5 min sono arrivati a sistemare. Locali ampi e confortevoli

Al mattino un po rumoroso probabilmente per una pasticceria (fantastica) al piano terra. Per un soggiorno così si puo sopportare

La cordialità dell' host Antonella, l' accoglienza ìl bellissimo mare di Mondello,in pratica tutto è stato bello, unica cosa negativa è che il tempo è passato troppo velocemente Torneremo di sicuro! Grazie per tutto è stata una bella vacanza.La vicinanza al mare è irrisoria. Palermo prendendo l'autobus 806 dista solamente 15 massimo 20 minuti. Molto bella,da vedere L'appartamento è pulitissimo e ben curato. Allora alla prossima occasione.Grazie Omar e Martina
