Very nice and spacious room, well equipped (kettle etc) and in good location. Beds were very comfortable

The instructions for initial entry into the building were very clear. The location was great. The staff were lovely. Clean and comfortable. Water and chocolate on arrival. Free safe in room.
The stairs up to the third floor ( but this was explained and known when we booked) the bed was very noisy/ creaky on the slightest movement.
