The hotel was perfect for our needs.
The room was warm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We took the bus and tram from the airport. This took us to within 4 minutes of the hotel.
The bar and cafe served good value drinks. The hotel was very close to the main square. And, there is a fabulous cafe in the same building serving traditional polish fayre.
We will stay here again next time we visit Krakow.

Hotel is in a great location just a couple minutes walk from the main square. Just not quite a 5* as the rooms don’t have air conditioning and get really warm, and you can’t have windows open due to noise from traffic and passersby

We got a room at the low level that is closed to parking lot. We can hear people talking late at night.

I can recommend this hotel. It was clean, room was new and not worn down at all. The hotel is well located and the staff was friendly.
My room was in the second building at the back and there was no traffic noice during night.
Breakfast was good. Only minus was that there is no minibar / fridge in the room.
