Es un lugar confortable, y muy accesible. Una de las ventajas es que el acceso al apartamento se puede hacer directamente desde el parking, por lo que no hay que pasar por recepción. Dado que es una residencia para la tercera edad, es muy práctico, para no interferir en el desarrollo habitual del centro.

L'emplacement, la propreté, l'espace, la salle de bain confortable.
Les équipements très restreints au niveau de la cuisine (ustensiles, couverts,etc..) ainsi que la disposition d'uniquement une couette en couchage, lorsqu'il fait chaud, une couverture plus légère serait agréable.

L'appartamento è grande, pulito e funzionale. La cucina è attrezzata, il bagno è grande, ottima la camera da letto con un comodo armadio. L'aria condizionata è centralizzata ma la temperatura è gestibile utilizzando gli appositi display. Si trova facilmente parcheggio gratuito in strada. L'appartamento si trova in un residence per "senior" che non offre colazione o pasti . Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
