Apartment Voramar-9 by Interhome

the pictures need updating doesn’t look as nice as the previous pictures show.. we brought our own fans so didn’t use the AC, and brought our tablets to watch our programs on, so tv never touched either.. can’t fault the views as shown in the pictures, stunning..

property fine only thing was the bathroom next to living room was swimming in water behind the toilet, we think the seal could be leaking on shower. we moved the shower to face in corner facing the seat and it never leaked after that, and the extractor on cooker doesn’t seem to be working.. but only needed it once, ate out mostly so it’s fine. one other thing that troubles me is the fact i’d asked the question twice before coming to see if i could bring my mobile scooter, but didn’t get a answer from owners.. i was told when we had to go into town to pick keys up.. because it wasn’t made clear that you had to go to the office in town for the keys.. and when mentioned knowone got back to us a bout the mobility scooter she said yes they have and printed out a copy she said i have of the paper work. it didn’t exist to me.. booking.com didn’t send me any such email. i was then sent a copy 20 minutes later stating no mobility scooters were allowed, so if id brought my own god knows what would of happened. plus the answer to previous questions was answered 2 days before we flew.. id say that was a bit late all round, if people ask owners question it should be answered within 24 hours not 3months later we was trying to extend our stay to 10 days.. letting us know 2 days before holiday when we needed to book flights was wrong, so of course the villa got booked up.

The location is perfect, step away from the beach. The terrace is great. We stayed here twice and would come back if we traveled to Calpe again. Everything was working: washing machine, air conditioning, hot water, electric stove, toaster etc Note that the key collection is in Inerhome reception and it is quite far from the apartment.

This time Inerhome left us some soap, washing liquid etc, thank you! But there were no batteries in any of the remotes in the apartment so we bought batteries for the TV and conditioner to work. So keep in mind that all necessary things for cooking and washing you will have to buy.

Great location beside the beach and bars/restaurants just in front of the apt. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars to choose from along the seafront. Great value with many having set menus including wine. Nice walks along the prom and we went to Calp old town one day. The apartment was spacious with a great balcony and views of the beach and rock. Beds were comfortable. Showers good lots of hot water. We didn't use the kitchen much, just for coffee and toast. The pool was lovely with grass surround and lots of shade from the trees.

Everything was lovely but was spoilt a little by the agents calling me as I was checking in for my flight home. Apparently the owner claimed we had BROKEN the tv as the code wouldn't work. We had never even turned on the TV. Also claimed we had broken the air conditioning even though it was working right up to the time we left the apartment. No follow up or apology from anyone. Beware.
