The property was clean, spacious, modern and situated 20-30mins drive from all the places we wanted to visit.

Comfortable and clean cottage in superb location. Close to beautiful countryside and picturesque towns. We will have to return especially as the Sunday weather prevented us from visiting all the places we wanted to.

Pleasant stay for a short break. Downstairs was very tiny. Plenty of room upstairs.

Convenient location

Traffic noise was bad staying in the double bedroom. Parking would be a problem if you had 2 large cars as the spaces were very narrow. I had to move my car so passengers could open doors.

We had a really lovely stay.

Easily accessible. Sign for designated parking spaces. The kitchen was fully equipped, even with plastic toddler cutlery which was perfect for us. Also with a coffee machine and tea bags provided.We mostly had our meals in the cottage and it was well equipped. 2 supermarkets in close proximity. The town/high street is very quaint and is easily accessible. The decor was nice and the rooms were a very good size. The quality of the sheets were amazing.

We were travelling with a toddler who wakes early and noticed that the living area was too small. We would definitely return when our little one is older. It is perfect for couples or families with older children. The plug sockets are easily accessible for tiny fingers.

Everything about this place was very good. It was super comfortable for a family of 4. Everything was super neat and clean. Location was good to explore Cotswold. Parking was available. Host was extremely quick to revert for any response when contacted. Had a real good stay here.

Beautiful cottage which was modern and clean. Brilliant location and the dedicated parking was definitely a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend it to future guests.

The location was excellent! Close to amenities, public footpaths, parking right on site.

The TV was of a lower quality than other places we have stayed. Signing into Netflix and Prime was unreliable because of the TV remote. Also, there wasn’t any laundry detergent available even though there was a washing machine…all of our other stay had laundry soap provided. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice cottage, close to the centre of town, very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed out stay.

As a light sleeper I was disturbed by noise from the road at the side of the property. The tv was a problem in that it was pixilating and we struggled to watch some programmes. I would like to let the owner know that the cold tap in the kitchen drips, we captured the water so that it did not get wasted.

We had a wonderful time, and were very comfortable.

It's very convenient for Chipping Norton, and we used it as a base to explore the Cotswolds. It is a very modern, comfortable cottage with great cooking facilities and comfortable beds. The guitar was a wonderful touch, as my daughter picked it up and strummed away, really disconnecting.

We were fine with this, but the stairs to the upstairs (bedrooms, bathroom) are quite steep, if anyone reading this is wondering about accessibility or small children.

All in all, a lovely property to use as a base when exploring this lovely part of the country.

It was in a good location for exploring the Cotswolds. The cottage was clean and enough room for the 3 of us. Good parking facilities

On booking this property I didn’t realise it was so close to the road but I should have looked into this more prior to booking. The only downsides with the property was that there was no stairgate at the top of the stairs eventhough the property caters for children. It was also a heatwave during our stay and would have been nice if a fan was available in the property. Grateful that Steve replenished plates/knives that were broken by previous guests but I’m sure that this could have been done in between guests arriving and not on our last day in the property.

Not a patch on the cottages we stayed in North Wales, Staffordshire and the Peaks,...similar price.

Excellent accommodation with large bedroom in the perfect location, but noisy traffic, small ill-equipped kitchen and certainly no more living space than would suit TWO adults. Wifi good. Modern and clean. High ceilings. Appreciated the downstairs bathroom.

We cooked our own breakfast....in shifts....with one small frying pan and a bbq sized spatula. Two frying pans, a small spatula, and tongs, please! Breakfast is the primary meal cooked in these sorts of rental properties....99% of visitors need a small fridge and small freezer....but rarely anything bigger. We had a huge fridge and freezer but zero storage space for groceries....cornflakes, potatoes, onions, tins of beans etc....which had to sit on the counter (or placed in the fridge!!). No outside area to enjoy unless you enjoy sitting by the bins. This is really a two-person apartment. Would recommend converting the downstairs area to a large live-in kitchen and changing the second bedroom to a lounge area ..perhaps with a sofa bed.
