Cozy, zentrumsnahe 2-Raumwohnung

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Praktycznie pod domem (widać z okna) przystanek autobusowy. Można dojechać do centrum Lipska w 10-15 minut. Mieszkanie czyste, jest wszystko, co do życia potrzebne. Łóżko wygodne.

Trochę skomplikowane pierwsze wejście. Trzeba się meldować na stronie internetowej i dopiero stamtąd można uzyskać kod do wejścia. Nie można np. otrzymać kodu przez SMS. Byliśmy z osobą bardzo dobrze mówiącą po niemiecku, więc się szybko dogadała.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit gut erreichbarem Gastgeber und praktischem Online-Portal des Appartements. Für mich war besonders praktisch, dass es einen Schreibtisch gab da ich so bequem von dort aus arbeiten konnte.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt unweit der Leipziger Innenstadt und ist sehr gut per Bus angebunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker sind in der Nähe. Ein kleiner Park ist direkt davor, perfekt fürs Gassigehen. Unser Hund war gegen eine Gebühr herzlich willkommen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber und toll eingerichtet. Das Bett war komfortabel und die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Neben der Türöffnung per Webseite stand uns ebenso ein physischer Schlüssel zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern verlief ohne Probleme.

You can park right in front of the building. The host responds quickly when the automated check-in doesn't work (it didn't). The main (and only) bed in the sleeping room was not bad. There were plenty of coffee capsules, and a coffee machine (but strangely, no tea). We didn't drink or eat anything though.

It has a strong hostel-like feeling. Cleaning was not good. We didn't feel like eating or staying for longer inside. Dark bed linen and towels. Everything crumbles. For example, the toilet brush was broken, and there were other reviews with the same complaint, some 2 or more years old. The shower cabin door feels like it is its last days. Opened a window - cannot close it. And so on. In the house rules, we were strongly asked to report everything broken to the host. Sorry, it's not my job, please come and inspect the apartment. Bedding from previous guests is washed and dried directly in the apartment - what??? The whole apartment smells like Waschsalon and the noise and the hot air from the dryer, this is nonsense! We were basically forced to go outside until it stopped, which took a couple of hours. The "sleeping couch" is not suited for sleeping, it has a big gap in the middle and is too short -> we had to sleep with our daughter in the same bed. Wasn't that comfortable as she is not that small already. Again, MORE THAN TWO PERSON CANNOT SLEEP HERE! But we booked it for three, and it was explicitly stated to be suitable for three. Automated check-in doesn't work, in the end you still have to call and ask to get inside. Loud noise from the street till late evening. No good cafes or restaurants in a 10-15 minutes walking radius. Taking into account the list above, the price/performance ratio is just bad.
