Korter oli väga hea asukohaga, puhas ja kaunilt sisustatud. Kontaktivaba sisenemine oli lihtne ja mugav. Mõned asjad võiksid siiski paremad olla, eriti külaliste jaoks, kes peatuvad siin tööreisi ajal.
Lugemislamp ei sobinud hästi lugemiseks ning laual puudus lamp, mistõttu oli õhtul arvutiga töötamine ebamugav. Pärast väljaregistreerimist tekkis probleem pagasi hoiustamisega, kuna minu lend väljus alles öösel. Pagasi saab jätta Viru Keskuse hoiukohta, kuid pühapäeval on see avatud ainult kella 19-ni. Voodipesu ei olnud triigitud ning rätikud ei olnud nii pehmed ja kohevad, nagu võiks selle hinnaklassi majutuskohalt oodata. Ka padjad võiksid olla kohevamad. Öösel ja varahommikul kostab tuppa trammide müra. Kergema unega külalistel soovitan kindlasti kõrvatropid kaasa võtta. Kui tegemist ei ole tööreisiga ning linnamüra ei häiri, on see korter kindlasti meeldiv ja sobiv peatumispaik.
